Dragonfruit
Another fruit named after its leather-like skin and scaly spikes on it’s exterior. It may look quite exotic but its flavours are similar to other more familiar fruits, often described as fleshy and slightly sweet, a cross between kiwi and a pear. Cultivated primarily in East Java, this fruit is rich with fiber and anti-oxidants such as Betalains and Flavonoids.
